I’m an experienced Digital Marketing and Demand Generation leader with over 15 years of driving growth through strategic innovation and data-driven decision-making. My expertise lies in crafting impactful marketing strategies that deliver measurable results, from boosting conversion rates and optimizing sales pipelines to increasing marketing ROI. I specialize in tools and tactics like marketing automation, analytics, ABM, SEO, webinars, and content strategy, all designed to drive website traffic and align marketing efforts with business goals. My toolkit includes platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, and RollWorks, which I leverage to streamline lead generation and efficiently sync sales and marketing teams.
Currently, I serve as the Director of Marketing at Protenus, the #1 Healthcare Compliance Analytics platform, where I lead high-impact campaigns that generated $6M in pipeline last year. Beyond the office, I’m dedicated to shaping the future of marketing as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Missouri-St. Louis, teaching courses in Intro to Marketing, Social Media Strategy, and Advanced Facebook Advertising. I also contribute to the broader marketing community as a member of advisory boards, including the UMSL College of Business Marketing Advisory Board, the Magic House St. Louis Marketing Advisory Board, and the Lindenwood University Women in Leadership Advisory Board. Additionally, I serve on the MarTech Conference programming committee, working to advance innovation in the marketing industry.
I hold an MBA and a Certificate in Digital Marketing from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, alongside a Bachelor of Science in consumer behavior/marketing and management from Tulane University. Throughout my career, I’ve blended strategy, creativity, and data to deliver exceptional results, whether working with startups, global corporations, or educational institutions.
My journey began at Mudbug Media, an interactive media agency in New Orleans, where I created and implemented social media strategies for clients ranging from independent medical practices to Fortune 1000 companies. From there, I progressed to roles such as Digital Marketing Manager at Fpweb.net, where I led lead generation initiatives, and Director of Digital Marketing at TeraRecon, where I developed yearly marketing plans and supported global product launches.
